Shipping & Handling
Orders may be placed online at www.kyladonell.com at any time. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours. Most items will ship immediately, provided the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated completion of the piece and will ship it with the same shipping option you selected. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 2-4 weeks, depending on the details of the order. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. Jewelry is a fine art and not something we believe should be rushed. If you are in need of something in time for an exact date or special occasion, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly and we will make certain we can fulfill your needs.
You will then be notified by us via email when your order ships with a tracking number. Shipping will not be delivered during the weekend, only during business days. Overnight orders placed before 3:30pm PST will guarantee a next day delivery. If order is placed on Friday the package will arrive Monday. If Saturday delivery is desired please contact us as soon as order is placed as extra fees may apply.
Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.
